The Chico Equestrian Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining the horse arena in Bidwell Park and ensuring that the park remains accessible to horses and riders by promoting community awareness about horses; donating funds to horse-related organizations and providing educational, fun, and social activities for C.E.A. members and the community.
